Dr. Jennifer D.P. Moroney is a Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation. She co-manages RAND’s support to the Department of Defense on security cooperation evaluations and institutional capacity building, and leads projects on all aspects of security cooperation and Indo-Pacific strategy for many DoD sponsors. From 2014-2018, Dr. Moroney served as the inaugural Director of RAND Australia in Canberra where she was the primary point of contact with clients and local Australian partners and was RAND’s senior representative in Australia. She continues to travel frequently to Australia.
