Security and Defence PLuS (S&D+) was thrilled to be part of the 2023 Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition in Sydney last month, which pulled in more than 27,000 attendees and included defence, industry, government, and academic delegations from 46 nations.
We had a fantastic time representing our partner universities and demonstrating our key defence research strengths and globally leading education programs with academics and researchers across the University of New South Wales’ Engineering, Science, Business, and Arts Design & Architecture faculties.
At the event, S&D+ Executive Director Prof. Paul Maddison also shared his thoughts on “Redefining Possibilities for Partnership” during a session hosted by the New South Wales Government on “A New Approach to Industry Skills and Workforces.”
