In his monthly ‘Langford Files’ column for Defence Technology Review, Dr Ian Langford argues that Australia must turbocharge its Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance enterprise.

With modern conflicts exposing extended production queues for precision missiles, air-defence interceptors and long-range strike weapons, he argues Australia has the companies, talent and industrial resources required, but needs the national drive to connect these assets, underwrite demand and accept greater commercial and technical risk.
